Membership Arrangements
Mersey Care will build a large and diverse membership made up of local people, service users, their carers, staff and partner organisations. Membership will reflect the individuals, communities and interests we serve.
Membership will be open to people aged 14 or over from the community Mersey Care serves.
Staff will automatically become members unless they choose not to be involved.

Members of staff
All staff automatically become a member of the Trust unless they do not wish to do so. This was explained in a letter to staff which was attached to July 2009 pay slips - all new staff receive a letter of explanation with their contracts of employment .
Members Council
