The network is open to all with a disability, those who by association as a primary carer of  another person who has a disability and staff with a limiting long term illness from across the Trust .

The network will promote equality for all of it's members and assist the Trust to improve its recruitment .

We are able to support people who do not consider themselves to be disabled but may be supported by the Equality Act 2010.

Group Aims

• Exchange ideas, point of contact for staff facing workplace issues.
• Support for each other, share experiences.
• Raise awareness of issues and responsibilities for managers such as supporting staff with disabilities to have reasonable adjustments under the Equality Act 2010 .
• Assist disabled staff  with a limiting long term illness to achieve and reach their potential.
