Our Talk Liverpool service which offers psychological therapies to adults in Liverpool, celebrates its 3rd year as part of the Mersey Care Trust this year and as part of this achievement it’s launching a new responsive website.
The new website is focused on the user journey making the site more accessible to those using mobile and tablet devices. The responsive design features pre-referral questions that help to sign-post those who aren’t likely to benefit from the service to more appropriate facilities.
This new feature will help to direct those who we’re unable to assist, quickly to relevant services that can provide support. The pre-referral questions will also enable our team to respond more efficiently to the referrals that are coming in, to enable a more streamlined-service.
The website also has a range of useful resources such as self-help leaflets, which provide users with information in various formats (video, leaflets and audio) on conditions such as depression and low mood, to health anxiety, obsessions and compulsions.
Angela King, Clinical Service Manager comments on the recent changes:
“The improved digital interface is an integral part of Talk Liverpool’s service development strategy which will help better communicate our service offerings, whilst improving access - particularly for the more vulnerable population groups within our society”.
