MMD-PROC-017 - Service User Mobile Phone Procedure
The Service User Mobile Phone Usage Procedure outlines the process adopted by the Mid Mersey Division in maintaining the privacy, safety and security of service users/patients, employees and all other visitors to Trust premises and services.
It is important to find a balance between the needs of the service users and employees to maintain communications and contacts with family and friends versus the need to protect people against harm.
