Resolution (Grievance & Respect at Work) Procedure (former NWBH staff).
The management of staff and any potential respect at work concerns and grievances is the responsibility of management at all levels. Management and employees must aim to settle most grievances where possible informally.
This document identifies the guidance which must be followed when conducting any concerns that require resolution (grievance or Respect at Work) and must be read in conjunction with the Resolution Policy.
