How to access the service

West Lancashire, Sefton, Knowsley and Liverpool patients can be referred to us by your GP, a health professional or you can make a self-referral.

Once we receive your referral form, we will contact you to arrange an initial assessment appointment with a specialist podiatrist.

Depending on your assessment, you may be offered a package of treatment. We will write back to your GP to inform them of the outcome of your assessment and any ongoing care.
