Our service consists of a number of professionals who are dedicated to providing high quality care to patients within St Helens.

- A physiotherapist
- A podiatrist or chiropodist

Clinics are held across the borough and we have made every attempt to provide you with an appointment at a clinic near to where you live, however, attendance at some clinics may involve travelling to another location in the St Helens area. Your appointment may be face to face, by telephone or via video consultation
Your appointment is enclosed with this letter. Please bring all current medications with you.
If you need to cancel your appointment please call us on 01744 415 570.
Managing your condition
After the assessment, the most appropriate way of managing your condition will be discussed with you. This may include:
- Physiotherapy
- Advice and discharge
- Injection clinic
- Referral to an orthopaedic, rheumatology or neurosurgery clinic within a hospital of your choice

After your clinic visit
After your clinic visit, your doctor will receive a written report. This will include details of your assessment and information on the management of your condition.
If you require further investigations or treatment, you will receive a follow up appointment in clinic. Once you have been discharged from clinic, you can be confident that all available methods of treatment that are appropriate for your condition have been made available to you.
