Our Wheelchair Service in Knowsley is based at the Centre for Independent Living and provides assessments for people of all ages who have a permanent or temporary disability or injury. We will then be able to provide manual and powered wheelchairs, specialist seating and postural aids to meet individual needs following assessment.
GPs can refer patients to our Wheelchair Service for an assessment by completing our referral form.
