We provide child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS) for children and young people up to the age of 18 in Warrington, in partnership with Warrington Clinical Commissioning Group, Warrington Borough Council and other local providers. We provide assessment, treatment and signposting for young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
We have recently co-developed a new service model for our CAMHS services in Warrington, in partnership with children and young people and other local organisations.
We are moving away from the traditional tiered service model to a THRIVE model - a national model based on needs of young people, rather than severity or diagnosis, and the support or evidence-based treatment they need to thrive and enjoy positive mental health and wellbeing.
