The Mersey Care Board of Directors is the Corporate Trustee of the Trust Charity. By being part of the Board of Directors, all members are therefore Trustees of the Charity, and all members of the Board declare a standing loyalty conflict of interest arising from their position as Trustee of the Charity. In undertaking their Board roles, members acknowledge that their duties to the Charity may, at times, intersect with their responsibilities to the organisation. Board members confirm that they will manage this conflict transparently and in line with the organisation’s Conflict of Interest Policy, ensuring that decisions are made in the best interests of Mersey Care and its service users.
