Finding us
Maghull is 10 miles from the city of Liverpool, and is well served by motorways, main roads and by rail services.
By road
From Liverpool take the A59 towards Preston which leads directly into Maghull and turn right at the traffic lights (Maghull junction) on to Eastway which becomes School Lane. The entrance to Mersey Care’s Maghull site is on the left approximately 1.5 miles along this road, 100m before the M58 junction. From the motorway network: leave the M6 at junction 26 and follow the M58 to junction 1 signposted Maghull. The Health Park entrance is on the right at the traffic lights opposite a petrol station and restaurants.
Parking
There is ample car parking available, including disabled bays in each area on Villas Road on the Health Park. Please use marked bays only.
By rail
Maghull is 10 miles from Liverpool’s Lime Street Station which offers mainline and connecting services to all parts of the country, including Maghull. From Lime Street Station take the underground Central line one stop to Central Station. Then take the Northern Line Ormskirk train which stops at Maghull and Maghull North, which is closest to Maghull Health Park. Maghull North Station is half a mile from the site entrance.
By bus
The main road is on a bus route between Maghull and Kirkby. When making arrangements to travel by bus we recommend you use the bus service information website to confirm times.
Airports
Liverpool John Lennon Airport and Manchester International Airport are within easy travelling distance. Liverpool airport has regular bus links into the city centre for onward transport. Taxis are available for the 15 mile journey. Manchester airport has a direct rail link to Liverpool Lime Street Station for onward transport.
