Our Knowsley Think Wellbeing Service provides psychological therapy services such as cognitive behavioural therapy for people with mild to moderate symptoms of common mental health problems like stress, anxiety, panic disorder and depression.

Our aim is to help people change the way they feel by changing the way they think.

We accept both self referrals and GP or health professional referrals to Think Wellbeing.
