Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust has set the Annual General Meeting (AGM) date for Thursday 18 September 2025. It will be held at the Trust's headquaters, V7 Building, Kings Business Park, Prescot, L34 1PJ from 3.45pm to 5pm.

The meeting is designed to be of interest to anyone who wants to know more about Mersey Care, what we are currently doing and our plans for the future, whether you are a service user, carer, member of staff or member of the public.

This year's AGM will be only available to attend in person, and not online, and as capacity is limited,  anyone interested should confirm their attendance by Friday 5 September 2025 to secure a place.

Our Executive Team will present an overview of the Trust’s performance, challenges and achievements over the last 12 months, our financial position and delivery of our quality priorities. This information will also be available on our website.

Given the financial constraints facing the NHS, our AGM will be on a smaller scale with no market stalls and refreshments will only include tea, coffee and water.

Presentations will be also delivered by members of our Executive Team and will also be made available on our website and there will be an opportunity to ask questions to all our Board members.
