Mersey Care has a bespoke Trust wide preceptorship programme for all newly qualified nurses and allied health professionals (AHPs).
The 12 month supported learning programme will provide all newly qualified clinicians with a designated preceptor, who will support their development as they enter their first year of practice as a qualified clinician.
Preceptees will benefit from a bespoke training and support package to help them make the transition from student to qualified clinician, including a structured learning programme with protected time allocated to further develop their practice.
