We are keen to learn from patients how they would like to make appointments for blood tests in the future, which is why we are running a survey from 1 to 12 December 2022.
Patients booking an appointment during this period will be asked if they prefer making appointments online via our website, speaking to call handlers who can make appointments on their behalf or having the option to visit a clinic and wait.
Mersey Care has on average 10,000 appointments for blood tests across Liverpool, Sefton and Knowsley each week. We want to make the service as efficient as possible for all patients.
