When you make an appointment you will receive a confirmation email/text message which you need to bring along to your appointment. If you don't receive confirmation after a few minutes, your request won't have been processed, so please try again.
Please also ensure that you attend with your blood form, without this we may be unable to take your blood. If you visit a clinic outside your local GP area your blood test results will take longer to be returned to your GP.
