Facility Time data is data that we collect, report and publish under the Trade Union Facility Time Publication Requirements Regulations 2017.

As a public sector employer, we report and publish information on facility time for our employees who are trade union representatives.

Facility time is paid time-off during working hours for trade union representatives to carry out trade union duties.
