We have an open referral process which means all professionals and parents or guardians can refer to the Children's Therapies Team.
Your referral will be triaged by a qualified member of staff and if appropriate will be accepted by our team and the appropriate professional allocated to the child.
If you are making a referral for sensory needs, please complete the appropriate seedling pack available from our occupational therapy resources page and include this with your referral.
