The Step Down Service cares for men with a mental disorder who have been treated within a secure setting and, who because they have complex needs, require a greater level of input and preparation before being discharged.
Recovery is a journey that will mean something different to everyone at the Auden Unit. We want to make sure that our interventions and resources will focus on each person’s individual strengths.
A dedicated multidisciplinary team provide a range of modern and appropriate interventions to enable an effective pathway from the service.
