Think Wellbeing St Helens have a dedicated team of psychological wellbeing practitioners, cognitive behavioural therapists and counsellors who offer a range of support to help you make positive changes to reduce stress and anxiety and improve your wellbeing.

Who is our service for?

Our service is for anyone over the age of 16 who is registered with a St Helens GP.

We help people experiencing common mental health problems like mild to moderate depression, anxiety and stress. We can also help with other problems like panic attacks, phobias and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Alternatively, you can speak to your GP or other healthcare professional who will be able to make a referral to our service on your behalf.

You will receive an initial assessment appointment with a member of our team who will discuss your symptoms and options for treatment.
