Peasley Cross Hospital 4.jpgThe Child and Adolescent Mental Health services (CAMHS) in St Helens is looking to improve how we use patient reported outcome measures (PROMs).

PROMs are questionnaires about the problems or difficulties that your child is experiencing related to their mental health and other important parts of their life.

We want to hear how families felt about answering these questionnaires, to try to improve and make it easier for our patients to give feedback in the future.

If you’ve used CAMHS in St Helens in the last six months please help us and take our short survey. What people think is really important to help us improve: CAMHS St Helens Patient Reported Outcomes Project - Survey for Children and Young People and Families

The survey will close on Sunday 20 February 2022.

We can also arrange for you to feedback through an online meeting.

Please email wendy.copeland-blair@merseycare.nhs.uk if you would like us to arrange this. We expect this would take no more than an hour and all information will be provided in confidence.
