Our security services aim to make sure that all possible measures are taken to provide a safe and secure environment for our patients, service users, visitors and staff.

We regularly review and monitor the security and safety procedures across all of our buildings. We work closely with Merseyside Police, Counter Terrorism Security and other agencies to ensure the appropriate security checks and requirements are in place, working together to help combat crime, criminal damage, violence, natural hazards and security threats.

We have a team of experienced and highly trained security staff and at times you may see police officers, detection dogs and the use of CCTV at sites.

Our Secure Care services have additional security measures in place, more information can be found on our website.

We ask you to remain vigilant and alert our security team or reception staff if you notice anything you feel uncomfortable about.
