Members of the public can:

  • Call Children's Help and Advice Team (CHAT) 0151 934 4013 (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 9am to 5:30pm

Wednesday, from 10:30am to 5:30pm (an answerphone service available from 9am to 10:30am) Friday from 9am to 4pm

  • Contact the emergency duty team on 0151 934 3555 for urgent advice outside of office hours (from 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, and 4pm Friday, weekends and bank holidays)
  • If you think a child is in immediate danger call for police assistance for Emergency Services please dial 999.
