Our Long COVID service in Sefton have set up a patient support group for past and present Long COVID patients who live in the Sefton area.
This will be an informal get together to find out any thoughts and ideas that you have for how 'Your group' should run and what you would like to gain from it. For example, would you like the group to be a chance to get together with other patients, would you like guest speakers, exercise classes, help managing your fatigue or breathlessness or all the above? Then come along and let us know!
We would really appreciate your input into shaping 'Your group' as we believe that you are the Long COVID expert!

The 47 runs from Southport to Crosby and 63 runs from Netherton to Crosby
Tea and coffee and a warm welcome will be provided and booking is not required.
If you are unable to attend the session but you are keen to be involved, you may be interested in attending a virtual session with the team to discuss your ideas.
