Community services contact centre
We are an established team of call handlers providing support for community services across Knowsley.
We work 365 days a year from 8am to 8pm (although some services lines operate different hours).
We provide a direct line of contact for service users and health professionals to access community services.
We work closely with patients, carers, GPs and other health and social care professionals to help you to live as independently as possible.
