We’re a homelessness outreach team working across Liverpool city centre. We offer an assertive outreach approach in the community to people who would otherwise find it difficult to engage with mental health services due to homelessness and chaotic lifestyles.
Who’s in the team?
We’re a team consisting of a consultant psychiatrist, community mental health nurses, support workers and a lived experience worker.
How to access the team?
We accept referrals from hostels, GPs and homeless services across Liverpool city centre.
