What do we do?

It’s more than “one role” making a difference to people’s lives by finding solutions to their problems and helping them live their lives more successfully. We work in partnership, and as part of a team, supporting people with mental ill health, learning disabilities, addictions, brain injuries or any number of physical health problems. We help to protect vulnerable people from harm or abuse, and support people to live independently.
