The diabetes educator can offer one to one video or telephone consultation which can fit around family and work commitments at a time convenient for you.
The service also offers group online video sessions with a multidisciplinary team involving a nurse, podiatrist, dietician and other diabetics.

For Southport and Formby residents along with any nursing staff or carers that wish to attend the course.
